Headquartered in Brownsburg, IN, Biologics Modular, LLC, designs and manufactures modular facilities to serve as bio-manufacturing suites, self-contained bio-repositories, and analytical labs to health science service providers, educational facilities and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
With Biologics' pre-constructed, modular cleanroom suites and bio-manufacturing suites, operations can be set up quickly and cost-effectively. Biologics removes the larger capital outlay and longer timeline of a traditional structure.

Meet the Leadership Team
Biologics Modular is led by a strong and well rounded group of professionals who all bring years of experience to the table. Please take a minute to meet the group.
Clark is one of the co-founders of Biologics Modular and the driving force of the company from its inception. Clark brings an extensive background in corporate management and financial services. Prior to joining Biologics Modular, he worked as an investment banker for Ross Sinclaire & Associates, a regional investment bank that opened its Indiana presence in 2005 when Clark joined the banking team. He advised $660 million in transactions for clients ranging from large publicly traded companies to not-for-profits. Before joining RSA, Clark served as part of the senior management team for American State Bank from 1999-2005. As Vice President he oversaw investment and trust operations and institutional investments.
He went on to lead the M & A team for the bank in mid- 2005 when the bank was ultimately sold.
Clark is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business from Indiana University with a degree in finance and international business. He is an inventor on several patents in the field of cGMP manufacturing facilities.
Charles graduated from IUPUI in 1974 with a BS degree in Accounting while working full time as a printer at the Indiana Historical Bureau. After graduating at IUPUI, Charles started working as an accountant for the private education company ITT Educational Services, Inc. After working there for 6 years, Charles moved on to become the Accounting Supervisor at The Statesman Group until 1986 when Charles moved on to The Key Life Insurance Company. Charles spent 22 years working as the Treasurer there before moving to his current role of Treasurer at The Key Corporation. Along with his duties as Treasurer, Charles also sits on the Board of Directors and has done since 2008. Charles is an active Grandfather, enjoying leisure time with his Grandchildren either in a kayak or on a bicycle.
